Lot 26 is a relatively small flag lot on Bean Mountain Lane which shares a driveway with existing houses on Lots 24 and 26.  It is perfect for a small rental bungalow, or as the home for a single person or a couple without children. 

 

Lot 27 has a Bean Mountain Lane address, but faces the park on Gunbarrel Avenue and is the largest lot in the subdivision. It calls for a pretty big house.  Its views are the entire northern Front Range and Longs Peaks and the Twin Peaks.
